carbon2 was started as Level Up IT in 2008 by IT veteran Jonathan Blue. Having spent his career working with small businesses, he specialized in helping local companies gain access to enterprise level systems and tools while working with limited budgets. His friendly personality and ability to explain technical details in easy to understand language made him easy to work with and an ideal IT consultant.

In 2019, Jonathan decided to step into a different role and brought Christopher Chapman in to manage Level Up. Christopher grew Level Up considerably in his first two years, then decided to expand more rapidly and acquired Magnolia Tech Support in 2021. The two companies operated in a co-branded manner for a time before Magnolia Tech Support was folded into Level Up.

Now Level Up, after much deliberation and consideration, is rebranding as Carbon2. We look forward to continuing to provide excellent service and the best solutions to other businesses.
